Crash on digital PS5!

I still haven’t been able to actually play fifa since I bought it for £70 in October. It just keeps crashing and now it crashes before I got in the menus? Is it just me is that why ea don’t seem to care? I have tried alllll the fixes in the world but it seems to be a game issue
