disconect

In my last Rivals Ultimate Team match, I beat my opponent 8-2. The match ended, I was disconnected from Ultimate Team, and my victory didn't count.

When I checked the EA app, which reports the connection status of all my matches, I saw that my connection was excellent.

What should I do? I want my points. :)
