Disconnected from Silver Cup matches — lost entries unfairly

Hi everyone, I’ve been disconnected several times during Silver Cup matches in FC 26 even though my internet connection is completely stable. I ran a continuous ping test with 0% packet loss and an average of around 32 ms, so the issue clearly isn’t on my end. The frustrating part is that every disconnect counts as a used attempt but not as a completed match. Because of that, I can’t reach the 18 matches required for the reward, even though I only lost connection for a second or two. I already contacted EA Live Chat support, but they told me there’s nothing they can do. I’m posting here in hopes that someone from the EA team can escalate this or forward it to the specialists. Losing all those attempts due to disconnects beyond my control feels really unfair. Please let me know if anyone else has experienced this during the Silver Cup, or if there’s a known issue affecting match stability or progression tracking. Thank you for reading — I’ve been a loyal EA FC player for years and really hope this can be fixed or compensated fairly.
