Disconnected game

I played an icon swaps nation game to completion. And I lost in penalties but I definitely scored a headed goal and it did not count towards my objective. EA gave me an error saying I disconnected and even lowered my DNF after the stupid game forced me to watch my opponent celebrate their win. Can EA help me? Yea they probably can. We all know they probably won’t. Waste of time trying to honestly grind these icon swaps and EA just give you the middle finger.
