Disconnected: Unable to connect to the EA servers.
Hey guys,
I'm having trouble with my Ultimate Team mode constantly disconnecting me. I get the message "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online, and try again. Please see ea.com/unable-to-connect for more information". This happens both during SBCs and during gameplay. Sometimes I'll manage to play a full match, only to be disconnected within the 5 or 85 minutes of the next match.
What I've already tested:
- I deleted the AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26 directory;
- I verified the game files;
- I disabled all additional programs;
- I checked my connection quality, and according to https://help.ea.com/pl/help-tools/ea-connection-report/, my score is 98/100;
- The date on the computer is set automatically.
The internet at home works fine - speed test shows a stable 300Mbps, connected via cable, router restarted several times, DNS settings set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 (the problem persisted without DNS settings).
What can be wrong?
