1 day agoHi WOJTEKxPL Thanks for listing everything you already tested — that rules out a lot. Here are some steps we’d recommend to try if you still experience this issue:
- Fully close FC 26, the EA App, and Steam.
- Clear the EA App cache data
- Create a totaly new squad on the UT Web app and then set it as your main squad before you test the game.
- Before testing another match, go into FC 26 online settings and try this reset once: turn Cross-play OFF, enter an online mode, turn Cross-play ON again, then queue.
- Temporarily remove anything that could be filtering the connection path: VPN, antivirus web shield, or firewall rules. Prefer adding exceptions for EA App / Steam / FC 26 rather than leaving security software disabled.
- If it still happens, do a full clean reinstall of the EA App, Steam and FC 26.
