Hello, I am being thrown out of the UT mode every time i connect to it. I am on PC. I am unable to complete even one half of any game in UT mode. Squad battles, rivals, champions ..nothing. This has been happening since last 12-13 days since the time an update was pushed. The game randomly disconnects me saying unable to connect to EA servers. My internet is working fine.. no ping spikes or drops.. I am also pinging on local EA servers of my region and no ping drops.. no losses. I am attaching the WINMRT screenshot of this and you can see there isnt even a single ping loss. I have tried changing ISPs, updating windows, complete clean reinstalling the game, clearing the cache, port forwarding on my router, opening up dmz, setting up static IP, disabling firewall, disabling anti virus, give the game and anti cheat admin permissions. update the anti cheat ...verifying the integrity of the files from steam, changing dns and what not. This is totally frustrating. I need a refund.. I pre ordered this game and all I could play was 2 weeks.. thats all. Attached screenshot.
I would request the EA staff to either refund my money or sort this issue out asap. I have never had any connection issues on FIFA since fifa 2008.. Every year i purchase this game and never a connection issue.. All other games are running fine without even a single connection issue. Have a 100 MBPS full duplex connection.
brooo when the web app came out I could not login yet all my friends could then i was finally able to login after a week now i cant login to ea servers again (back to square 1). It would be nice if EA gave some sort of feedback or scheduled server maintenance ,... or something fffs
