Disconnection

Hello , so this is the second time this happens to me , after winning a FUT champs game , i  get this error code telling me i "disconnected to ultamate team" AFTER WINNNING the game counted a loss , and it's truly unfair . It affects the rewards i get after playing. Someone please help
