EA Account Servers Unavailable

hi,

i’ve logged into fc companion app and had my starter team set up. i had my vpn on. after few minutes i got logged out and now getting this error every time i try to log in. since then i cant login in any browser to the webapp, not on wifi and not on mobile data.

my step son can log in without any issues.

is there a soft ban on the account? please someone check.

login to the game ultimate team, try log in to the app, it will say already logged in. log out of ultimate team, log into the app. it fixes it.

Im having the same issue. this isnt a solved. I logged into web app. i dont have the game on my console yet. i was able to pick y starter league and get rewards for the pre season. went to open a pack and it crashed. 2 days now i havent been able to log in. i get the "ea server unavailable, please check your internet connection" error.

I have been using the web app while on vacation. I’m half way across the world and I’m doing sbcs and just checking content daily to keep up while I’m gone. You are telling me the only solution is to login to the game and then log back into my app? Are you kidding me?!

what to do when you dont have access to your console?
