Thanks for trying. Next, I'd like you to get me some Event Viewer logs. Go to Event Viewer > Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > CodeIntegrity > Operational.
Then, launch FC 26 and wait for it to crash. Refresh the log and check for events generated within the last minute of the launch attempt. If you find any, let me know the Event ID and full general text. Especially anything with a .sys, .dll, FC26.exe, EA/Javelin, an unisgned file, an invalid image/hash, or a blocked module.

Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > Windows Defender > Operational
