EA FC 26 10 hour Trial PS4

Payed the £6 for the EA play to have my 10 hour trial, the game downloaded and everything was fine, it was showing me the loading screen and everything, once it's gone past the "let's play" button the screen stays blank or black with the EA FC icon loading for ages and not loading the game, I've tried to wait longer, nothing, I've turned the PS4 off and on, nothing, reset the PS4, nothing, even changed location and WiFi, still, the same loading screen, even waited a full day to see if this would of been fixed but it's still not working, EA please fix this cuz there is no way I've just spent £6 on a loading screen, not to mention I've tried multiple stuff and already wasted around 40 min of the trial. Never had a problem with this, just this year
