EA FC 26 crashes

now it has been 2 months sibnce i bought ea fc 26 and i didnt play a normal match without the game gets crashed and when it happened its like alt f4 no error nothing , im tired , i canrt even qualifies to the fut champions , i cant do anything , it crashes every time , im tired fixx it please , theres a lot of people like this and still no update opr fix to the issue . thank you
