Ea fc 26 crashing after 2-3 mins of launching the game

So when i start the game it runs very fine till 2 or 3 minutes passing then crashing like i pressed alt f4 not even error messages or anything, i’ve tried everything (turning on memory integrity , reinstalling, restarting, deleting corrupted drivers, uninstalling conflicting anticheats, turning of all overlays) yet nothing works, please i need help
