ea fc 26 exiting on its own without any error message on pc

every time i try to play FC 26 of steam or the ea app it either exits when i try to launch UT or when i finish a match in any game mode and try to return to the home screen it also exits without any error message. does anyone know a fix? i know im not the only one with this problem and it's have been happening for some months now. the same happened for me in FC 25
