EA FC 26 Game Data Deletion from EA Cloud
Hi,
I would like to request a manual deletion / reset of my cloud data for EA FC 26 (specifically Personal Settings / ProfileOptionsOnline).
My problem: In EA FC 26 on PC (via EA App) with an Xbox Elite Series 2 controller, after changing the controller assistance settings, the Classic and Alternative presets now act as full manual online — passing assists and other assists do not work at all, even though they are enabled in the settings. Only the 1 Button and 2 Button modes work normally.
The issue appears only after connecting to the online servers. In offline mode everything works perfectly. The controller is detected as Controller 2.
I have already tried all possible local solutions (resetting Personal Settings offline, deleting all game folders, full reinstall, Repair game, launching with only wired controller on rear USB port, FPS 60 + VSync + Fullscreen, disabling all overlays, GameInput services, etc.), but nothing helps because the corrupted settings file keeps syncing back from the cloud.
Additionally, yesterday I bought the game on a second EA account and everything works normally there (assists on Classic and Alternative work fine). This confirms that the problem is with the corrupted cloud data on my main account.
On EA chat I was told they cannot do anything and I should wait for a manager to contact me on the forum. Therefore, I am writing to kindly ask for a manual reset / deletion of my cloud data for EA FC 26 (only controller and gameplay settings, without losing my Ultimate Team club, players, etc.).
Please help.
