EA FC GAUNTLET BUG

I am unable to play any gauntlet games. Everytime I finish a game I get the error “EA SERVER ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS TOUR REQUEST AT THE CURRENT MOMENT, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER” get kicked out of UT and he return to the man menu  . This started two days ago, checked online it said it’s a soft ban. Again not too sure on why I’ve received this, but up till now the issue is still not resolved. Missing out on a lot of rewards and it very frustrating. I’ve tried new teams, bronze teams, silver teams still the same result. I’ve uninstalled the game and reinstalled. Still no luck
