EA managers, can you hear us?
Hello,
I'm reporting a recurring issue that is seriously affecting the FC 26 gameplay experience. The game crashes completely after about 30 minutes of play, without showing any error message. It simply closes and returns to the EA App with no explanation.
This issue still persists even after the latest update, and from what I’ve seen on the forums, I’m not the only one experiencing this — many other players are dealing with the same crash under similar conditions.
I’ve followed all the troubleshooting steps recommended by the community managers:
Verified and repaired the game files through the EA App
Updated my GPU drivers
Disabled background applications
Launched the game as administrator
Monitored CPU/GPU temperatures
Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the issue. Our PCs meet the game's minimum system requirements, so it's clear that the problem is not on our end as users.
We were promised this year that you hear us — but now we need to see that in action. Delays in fixing major technical issues are affecting the community’s trust in the product.
We kindly ask the development team to prioritize this crash issue and provide a clear update on its resolution status. We appreciate communication, but we need concrete action.
