EA Server Crash against opponent in Champs. Feels like a ddos attack.

Second time this year this has happened to me. Playing full 90 min and I get my screen frozen after being up 7-2 my champs game. Everything froze and I get a screen and kicked out to the main menu as if I’m the one that disconnected. I have proof again. I get resulted in loss after going back into Ultimate Team. Very frustrating.

I assure you it is not my connection. I’ve seen this happen too many times. Why is it that I get the loss. When I clearly was in the lead 7-2 for this game in Champions. Yet again it happened to me already this year and get booted off to main menu.

It's almost certainly network or ISP related and as such I'd recommend the steps in the help article.
