EA Sports FC 26 online issue on PS5 – works on another account

Hello EA Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with EA Sports FC 26 on PlayStation 5 related to online gameplay performance.

When I play online modes using my own EA account, the gameplay feels very slow and delayed, with noticeable lag and input delay, making the game almost unplayable. However, on the same PS5 console, using the same internet connection and the same game installation, the online gameplay runs smoothly with no lag when I log in using a friend’s EA account.

This strongly indicates that the problem is related to my EA account and not to my console, network, or PlayStation Network.

I have already tried common troubleshooting steps (restart, reinstall, network tests), but the issue persists only on my account during online gameplay.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate my account and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
