ea wtf is this?

i was playing my 7th champs game and it was 2-2 in the 88th minute i scored and made it 3-2 and the match ended as normal but when the match ended it said ea servers cant help you right now or smth like that.it kicked me out.when i got back in it said that it counted as a loss???wtf ea?i checked my connection too and there was no problem but it still counted as a loss. please fix my game or it will be bad for me i will probably delete the game that i enjoy because of this stupid reason but there is nothing we can do i guess.i want compensation for this bs
