Error de conexion - conexion issues

I haven't been able to fix the problem. It’s not a network issue, as everything else works fine; the only time it fails is when I try to play Pro Clubs, that’s when I get a connection error. I’ve already tried all the basics: I’m on a wired connection, I’ve restarted, cleared the cache, and deleted the app. I even contacted EA Support, but they didn't offer a solution. It’s becoming incredibly frustrating, I haven't been able to play for over a month.

no he he podido solucionar el problema, no son problemas de red porque todo funciona bien lo unico que me falla es al momento de querer jugar clubes pro, que es donde me dice error de conexion, ya probe con todo lo basico, yo estoy por cable, ya reinicie, ya borre el cache, ya borre la app, me comunique con soporte de ea y no me brindo ninguna solucion, ya es desesperante mas de un mes sin poder jugar.

Thanks for trying those steps. As a test, can you try switching your connection to use a mobile hotspot? I just want to see if you can connect on a totally different connection.

The problem has gotten worse; now the application launches, but as soon as the "Start" button appears, it freezes and the screen turns white with an error code in the top-left corner—and that’s as far as it goes. The game won't start or progress. The situation with this game just keeps getting worse; it’s been over a month and no one has offered a solution—not technical support, no one. I have a wired connection, my internet is fine, and the servers are fine, yet the game fails.

el problema empeoro ahora la aplicacion inicia pero al momento que sale el boton "iniciar" se queda congelado y se pone la pantalla blanca con un codigo de error en la esquina superior izquierda y hasta ahi llega, el juego no arranca ni avanza, la problematica solo empeora con este juego mas de un mes y nadie me da una solucion, ni servicio tecnico ni nadie, tengo conexion por cable, el internet esta bien, los servidores esta bien, pero el juego falla.

It improves when using a hotspot. How can I fix this? My Wi-Fi—which is connected via cable—works perfectly otherwise, but it only fails when I try to play FC26; I feel like the problem lies with the Wi-Fi network.

Hello. Sorry for the late response. WiFi is wireless. You cannot have a connected wireless connection. Does your PS have an ethernet cable directly plugged into it?
