Extreme high loading time PS5

Hi I’ve been trying to play ultimate team in PS5 and is almost impossible because a lot of functions are unavailable because of extreme long load time

for example:

• when opening players packs after I choose to keep the items the loading screen appears and it goes like that for a lot of time, sometimes 5 minutes sometimes 20.
• When I do changes in the team or when looking for a player using a filter again load screen and takes a lot of time.
• When using DCP to change players again the same issue.

The issue could be happening in more functions of the game, the common issue is the load screen and the game of the logo for a lot of time.

I've been looking for some solution but I haven’t seen someone with the same issue and this makes me think it could be my account. 

please help, the game is unplayable likes this and I bought the expensive version and also some fifa points and I cannot play.
