failed to load - settings pc

So that means I’m going to lose my Career Mode save file for good, right?

If you don’t want your old Career Mode save file to be lost, before deleting, copy the file that starts with “cm” and keep it somewhere safe. After deleting the Settings folder, open the game once so it can create a new Settings folder. Then close the game, and paste the copied file into the newly created Settings folder. When you open the game again and go to Career Mode → Load Save, you’ll see your old save file back.

This means my team will be deleted in Ultimate.

I check also the hidden folders and it s empty ,could be somewhere else?

And now i found it ,i get into the game and still not working ,i should restart the pc ?

I have had a post been replied to by moderators and stuff and I’ve done the check of making a copy of the file to see if it’s the issue. I can’t load my game on pc because it says my save failed to load. What can I do
