It looks like the issue here is your profile/save.
When you are on the screen to select your profile, just press delete and create a new profile. This should fix it for you.
Don't worry, you won't loose any progress doing so. You might just need to adjust your controller settings again.

Im having the same issue. Do you mean profile or settings file? Im stuck on the initial setting file selection screen. If i delete my settings file will my manager career mode get deleted too?
