Thanks for popping up that screenshot. It usually crops up when there are connectivity issues. Could you give these steps a try please and see if those help resolve the error message:

It would be good to also resecure any accounts connected to your EA Account too (e.g. Xbox, PlayStation™, Steam, Epic Games, etc).
