Fc 26 ban overturend but i still can't play

I have already submitted an appeal regarding the ban on my account. After I sent the appeal, Tos team reviewed my case, and at 4:14 AM on October 11  replied to my request, saying that they  would let me know about the decision as soon as possible. Then, at 5:19 AM on October 11, the status changed to “Overturn”, and the ban disappeared from my "Penalty History” page. However, I still can’t play the game. After contacting  Live Chat support, I was advised to submit another appeal to help speed up the process and allow your team to finish removing the ban from my account. And today (18.10) at 5:19am statue changed from overturn to closed. And i still cant play and i also didnt get any email from tos team.After contacting ea help, agent says blockade on my acc is still active. I dont know what to do should i sen another appeal or just wait another few days and ban will disappear from my account?


From what I know, the “Overturned” status and the removal of the penalty from my Penalty History mean that my appeal was accepted and my ban was lifted. However, I still can’t access EA SPORTS FC 26 or the Companion App, even though my account should now be unbanned.
