    Guys I finally found a solution 

    When you on the menu make sure EA Sport Music Volume 10 and Music Always On mode need to be on. After that start a game mode and open settings when game has started.Finally apply the opposite of the settings we just made, that is EA Sport Music Volume will be 0 and Music Always On will be off. That's it, your problem will be solved 100%. I have tried every solution step. This is the only solution.

Im having the same issue, I can literally hear everything else but the commentary audio, I tried fixing it with the EA repair tool, changing the language directly from the REGEDIT files on my pc, uninstalling the game and erasing every residual caché data remaining of origin, EA and FC but still, nothing.
