FC 26 crash after five passes and a shot objective

Hi there, 

I bought the ultimate edition on the 7th of october and when I first started the Ultimate Team option from the main screen I,ve received some explanation and then an objective where you get to pick one of five special players for your team when you succeed. 

My screen froze and there was no response whatsoever. 

Sadly I did not get the chance to play it again when I played today on the 8th.

I would have loved to get the special (Koopmeiners) player for my team. Is there a way to fix this for me? Many thanks in advance :)
