Hi, I bought FC 26 on steam and when I launch the game it never opens, it gets to the anti cheat popup and closes and on steam it says "Play" again. If I launch the game through the EA app it does the same thing but reopens the EA app afterwards. I tried clearing both steam cache and EA app's cache, restarting my PC and repairing and reinstalling the anticheat
In windows event viewer I see a log that says "The game fc26.exe exited unexpectedly, exit code: 0xC0000005" with an exception code, exception address, faulting module name and fault offset
i have also had problems with loading fc 26 from steam. the solution i have stumbled across is going to add or remove programs in windows settings then uninstalling the ea app once uninstalled pressing play on steam. its annoying but i believe you only need to do it once if pc is reset hopefully it works.

Yo, I think i just saw the solution. Windows> Services>Find EA anticheat and EA Background services> properties>put them on automatic/automatic slow start test them out until it no longer crashes. For some reason last 2 weeks my services were on disabled and manual. i just put both on automatic and gonna test.
This didn't work for me either, tried changing both to automatic, automatic delayed and combinations of both
worked for me, i thought give it a try
