FC 26 DROPS TO 10FPS AFTER 1 GAME

whenever i log onto fc 26 it always drops to 10fps, i found a fix for this as whenever i update nvdia drivers i get a consistent 120 fps , Not only is this annoying since i have to do it every time i want to play, but this is not a fix as it only works for 1 game and when i go into the next game it drops back to 10. All my graphics are set at low and ive tried most things please help on fc 25 it was running fine!
