FC 26 fps issue

Hello everyone, this is my first time i buy FC 26 on PC, in my case on laptop. After several try , everytime i run the game when i'm in the menu is still smooth but after that when i decide to play a classic game ( UT or Offline mode ) my FPS goes down, like 5 fps. But sometimes i can play a single game and ran it smoothly, but in the middle of the match the game suddenly crash. Someone can help me? My laptop is an ASUS TUF DASH F15 with i7-11370H , 16 GB Ram and RTX3050 TI
