FC 26 FUT Rush matchmaking completely unable to find teammates on PS4

For several days I have been unable to find a FUT Rush match. The matchmaking searches indefinitely and doesn’t even find teammates.

I have tested it repeatedly today — morning, afternoon and night — and still haven’t found a single teammate. I previously managed to find one Rush game around 6:30pm, but after that I searched until after 8pm without finding another game, despite also searching throughout the afternoon.

This is NOT the matchmaking delay/penalty message caused by leaving games. I don’t receive a matchmaking delay timer. The issue is that matchmaking simply isn’t finding players.

I’ve already tried the standard troubleshooting and have provided EA Support with much more information. However, the EA Help chat keeps sending me to generic articles and eventually says that EA Advisors don’t currently support this type of issue.

I’m looking for confirmation from other players as to whether they’re experiencing the same Rush matchmaking problem, and for EA to investigate whether there is an account/server/matchmaking issue.

I need this issue resolved as i need to play 2 more games of rush to complete the venturing out objective which unlocks my transfer market. This is acting as a progression blocker for me to unlock the FC26 transfer market.
