Fc 26 no speed up lag

I am playing the game on 120 fps and there is no lag but when I play online there is a huge input lag and my friends are telling me what is happening befero it happens on my screen like am watching a stream and I guess this is because the game is not giving the apeed up lag which should solve this issue
