FC 26 Not launching, tried everything...

Hello. Played the other day and everything was normal, started the game the next day and it wouldn't launch, I have it on Steam, so it automatically opens EA app, and that one launches the game, usually. But now the launcher would start, "checking updates", "EA Javelin starting", "launching game", and then nothing happens, launcher closes and it opens EA app again and the game never starts.

Tried deleting the cache. Tried verifying files from steam. Tried repairing and updating the EA cheat app. Tried deleting it and installing it again. Tried turning off/on windows security. Tried uninstalling the game and installing it again... And lastly tried the clean boot method, three times.

After all that, an entire day wasted, the game is still refusing to launch.

Please help.

    Hey Vritra7​ not great to hear that you cannot play.

    A lot of the time issues like this can be related to the anti-cheat, so with that in mind, let's take a look at this help article

    Can you try the various suggestions for troubleshooting there and let me know if they help.

    Hey there, I've tried a few things related to the anti-cheat l. Repairing, updating, re installing. Nothing worked so far. 

    And it doesn't show any error when the game fails to start. no error 701, 119 or anything else. It just simply closes the launcher, making it harder to find the problem.

    It appears I Can't even play Battlefield 6, started the game and it does the same thing as FC26...

    Please help... this anti-cheat program is really frustrating! I've never in my life tried to cheat in any online game so why is it doing that?

    Best thing to do Vritra7​ is a clean install of it, and no harm trying on a new Windows admin account to see if the issue appears there also.

    That there is no error message is annoying, but not the end of the world.

    Sorry do you mean a clean install of the anticheat system or the game itself?

    And how to do that exactly? what makes it clean?

    Just the anti-cheat Vritra7​.

    You can follow the instructions in the link I shared to do a new install.
