FC 26 Online Connection / Input Delay Issue Affecting Players in Iraq

Hello EA SPORTS FC 26 Support Team,

I would like to report a serious online gameplay and connection issue that has been affecting players in Iraq for approximately the past 10 days, and the issue is still ongoing.

Since this problem started, online matches have become extremely difficult to play. There is a significant delay between pressing a button on the controller and the player responding in-game. Players often do not perform the requested commands immediately, and sometimes the entire gameplay appears to freeze or stop responding for approximately 2 seconds before continuing.

Symptoms:

* Severe input delay during online matches.
* Players do not respond immediately to controller commands.
* Delayed passing, shooting, switching, dribbling, tackling, and player movement.
* The game sometimes becomes completely unresponsive for approximately 2 seconds.
* The issue makes competitive online gameplay extremely difficult and negatively affects match results.
* The problem has been occurring consistently for around 10 days.
* This does not appear to be an issue affecting only one player or one internet connection. Multiple FC 26 players in Iraq are experiencing the same problem.

Before this issue started, online gameplay was significantly more responsive and playable using the same platform and internet connection.

Because the problem is being experienced by multiple players across Iraq and started around the same time, I would like to ask EA to investigate whether there is a problem with the network routing, connectivity, peering, or connection path between Iraqi ISPs and the FC 26 game data centers.

Please investigate whether there have been any recent changes, outages, routing problems, or connectivity issues affecting FC 26 players connecting from Iraq.

I would be happy to provide additional information, including my EA ID, platform, ISP, connection test results, screenshots, videos, or any other diagnostic information that may help your technical team investigate the issue.

I hope this issue can be investigated as soon as possible because it is currently affecting the online gameplay experience for FC 26 players in Iraq.
