Fc 26 online features unavailable.
Hello.on 31st March 2026 I was playing Gauntlet on fc 26 on ps5.after the match ended and I won it kicked me out.this happened twice in a row.then all of a sudden it wouldn't let me even get into ultimate team or pro clubs.i have already went past the 24 hour mark since the issue started I contacted multiple advisors.they said"your compensation request has been already escalated to the concern team. "And also More information will be provided soon to the players, including any potential compensation, once the issue has been resolved. Please keep an eye on our official [forums/website/social media] for updates.
I managed to get in touch with a technical team worker or something and he manually reset the game session and it still won't work.he told me the issue has been reported to technical team and if I want compensation I have to report it here on forums.
This is ridiculous!I paid over 100 euros for this game and I cant access ultimate team for over 24 hours?and won't even get compensated for it?wow.
If anyone else is having the same or similar issues please let me know.
I want my game fixed and want my compensation.ive been soo patient and kind to the advisors but im losing it now.
