Hi everyone, I am hoping my input might help solve this issue for some.
Create a .cfg file named 'user.cfg' and copy and paste this:
Thread.ProcessorCount 4
Thread.MaxProcessorCount 4
Thread.MinFreeProcessorCount 0
Thread.JobThreadPriority 0
GstRender.Thread.MaxProcessorCount 8
The number '4' indicates the number of cores in your processor, and the number '8' indicates the number of threads. If you have a processor with more cores and threads, please change these numbers according to your processor.
Place this file into your FC26 files folder. It helped bring my temps down with no performance loss. I used this fix with the BF6 beta as well.
thank you, it used to work for me for some time but for the last like 3-5 days it doesn't work anymore and the game is laggy once again. any idea why? i play on the lowest graphics options possible in a window... maybe i should reinstall ea anticheat once again? i think i did that last time.
