Yeah It needs a fix for sure but I had the same problem and It seems like I fixed it. It worked for me so maybe try it. before I started the game I went into EA app and clicked on ea fc 26 then manage and then view properties. And then wrote "-dx11" to force ea fc to run on dx11 rather than on dx12. This was my fix and some minor adjustments in nvidia control panel which I believe you have already done. Hope this helps.
