FC 26 running very slow and laggy—performance issues.

Just loaded up the game and tried getting into a kickoff match. All settings on auto, vsync on (but I've tried off too). The game is just running incredible slow in matches. Unlike anything I've seen...

My PC aspects is gtx 1660 ti and core i7 hq and ram 16 but When i start offline match the match is slow motion i tryied to make all graphics and display settings low (minmum) but nothing changes. My aspects is above recommended but i can't play the game
