I've found my fix. I had to uninstall EVERY SINGLE PERFORMANCE MONITORING APP that I had on my PC. Also other minor apps that I didn't use in a long time that could affect the Anti Cheat. As soon as I deleted the apps and pressed Play on FC 24 I could play again, no worries.

i did clean boot on my system and once i could finally launch but after that i still have that same issue i cant launch anymore
