FC 26 WON'T START

I bought the game in November,  it hasn't started from the time I got the game. I reset my laptop, and it still didn't work. No error's the fc logo just shows up, then the EA app opens up and thats i...

Thanks for trying. Here are some other suggestions:

  • Repair EA AntiCheat. This can be done by going to your FC 26 install folder. Run the file _Installer/EAAntiCheat/ and choose repair
  • Add exclusions in Windows Security for FC26.exe, the EA AntiCheat folder and EA App
  • Disable any overlays or background tools. Discord overlay, Steam overlay, GeForce, MSI Afterburner, monitoring, FPS or OSD tools
  • Run the EA App, FC 26.ex and EA AntiCheat installer as an administrator
  • In the EA App, hit Repair for FC 26

    Thanks again. Please follow the instructions here for gathering a DxDiag report and attach it to a response. I'll check this for any issues that could be causing the game not to start.
