Thank you. Here are some suggestions based on your DxDiag report.
- It looks like you're on an insider/dev build of Windows 11. Try rolling back to a public release build instead
- There is an issue with the graphics driver. Try using DDU in safe mode to install a stable, WHQL Nvidia laptop driver. You may need to rollback to a previous driver
- Force FC 26 to use the Nvidia GPU. This can be done at Windows Settings > System > Display > Graphics. Add the FC 26 exe and set it to High performance (RTX 4060). This should also be set in the Nvidia control panel
- Disable any overlays and monitoring. EA App, Discord and GeForce Experience overlays along with MSI Afterburn/RivaTuner
- Enable Harder-accelerated GPU scheduling (HAGS) and reboot
- Remove any GPU overclocks or undervolts
