FC 26

Hi everyone, can someone please help me. 

when playing on FC 26 I am being kicked back to my Xbox Home Screen.  I have cleared my reserved space multiple times and removed the consoles data, I've uninstalled the game 4 times. 

none of the above has worked, this happens on clubs but is happening on career mode too.
