FC Points

I am trying to purchase 18,500 FC points using my steam wallet, but it will not authorize and instead say there has been an error with the FC store checkout, please try again later. Its been couple days and I am still not able to purchase the FC points. Another point is the store allows me to purchase anything below $24.99. But not the higher fc points. Someone please help
