FC26 - Missing rewards from PC Crashing issue

hi guys just have a question that ea chat team could'nt resolve: I"'m owed rewards for the 2.5 weeks i missed with the problem that reulted in crashing my game which led to the update EA released.I was not able to play champs, tournaments or rivlas and am still waiting to get compensation from this. I have waited for over a month and am still yet to recieve any update even though i have been told it is "being resolved".
