FC26 Causes Full System Freeze on New PC (Within 2–3 Minutes of Gameplay)

Hello EA Support,

I recently purchased a new PC (4 days ago) and installed FC26. Unfortunately, I’m encountering a critical issue: whenever I launch the game, it runs for only 2–3 minutes before the entire PC completely freezes, accompanied by a strange sound (as demonstrated in the attached video).

This is quite disappointing, and I’m not sure if the issue is related to my new hardware setup or if it’s a technical problem within the game itself that requires a fix from EA.

For context:

• The PC functions normally with browsing and other games without any problems.
• All drivers and Windows updates are fully up to date.

Has anyone else reported a similar issue? Could you please advise on possible fixes or next steps?
