Fps drop in menus

I have extreme fps drops when I join ultimate team, I found a fix which was turning v sync on but when I open a pack for example the v sync settings turns off by itself and I get the fps drops again.

Its unreal that every year on pc people have to spend more time finding fixes for this game then actually playing it, I see older discussion during beta talking about these issues and they still release the game without fixing it.
