FPS drops to 5-10 in menu screen or after any cutscenes and never recovers

FPS drops suddenly after 1-2 matches there seems to be no reason my pc requirements are good . I tried changing every settings as possible but still nothing has been fixed it’s so annoying and you ask us to pay 100$ for this game which is not working properly on pc
