FUT Champs

Hi there, I was playing FUT champs and had won a match and it did not count as a win when the opponent forfeited. The game disconnected me and it resulted in a loss instead of a win. I was wondering if I could  receive compensation? I did not receive the wins which I usually get per week which is very frustrating. Also, I had no internet connection issues before and during the match. This issue is coming from your side.
