future stars contract not showing in evo's

My Future Stars academy contract evolution isn't showing up.

I have been in touch with EA numerous times and they have told me to contact here, so here I am.

In clubs > evolutions I can't find the future stars academy contract evolution

EA told me that it is a issue with a lot of players around the globe. 

Please help!
